Following a 1-1 draw with Empoli, Monza will be aiming to return to winning ways in the Serie B when they take on Catanzaro at their Brianteo. The Biancorossi have been having their ups and downs of late, but they are surely capable of matching the Giallorossi in front of home fans. Forward Patrick Ciurria is unlikely to feature in Saturday’s clash after limping off with injury against the Azzurri, with Paulo Azzi being ready to step up. Catanzaro, on the other hand, have drawn each of their six games of the season. The Giallorossi played out a goalless draw with Sampdoria at the weekend, but preventing a much stronger Monza side from finding the net at Brianteo is easier said than done. Midfielder Marco Pompetti continues to miss out with injury for the visiting team, while forward Luca Pandolfi is pushing for a start.
